Add the Front "Message received" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Message received" under Front. Then, select the inbox. This trigger will automatically detect all the new messages received in Front and add them to Google Sheets as new rows.

If this is your first time using a Front integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Front account.

2

Add the Google Sheets "Add row to sheet" automation

Integrate the Google Sheets automation into your playbook to promptly add a new row to a sheet in Google Sheets for each message received in Front. Add a new step and select "Add row to sheet" from the list of Google Sheets automations.

Connect Google Sheets to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Front to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new row in Google Sheets for every new message received in Front. Once turned on, it will respond to the new message received in Front by creating new rows in Google Sheets without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
